remember when ron delite was charged for the theft of the kurain village urn? instead of trying to win the case for Ron Delite, Phoenix Wright could've simply dropped all charges against Ron.

yes, but remember ron was trying to get convicted for the theft of the urn. phoenix wright should've just pleaded guilty and then drop all the charges against ron. once the charges are dropped, ron will not have to go to jail for the theft since the urn belongs to phoenix, and phoenix was the victim in the theft.
