Especially that manical laughter he does right at the end when he has that mental breakdown. So class :).
I also gotta admit that he planned his crime quite well imho. Alter with a picture to make it look like he stole the urn and be found guilty of MaskeDeMasque? That is class imho.

Yes - I can already tell what he's doing with that hand. While I am a little disgusted that Capcom did that (just to make us have dirty thoughts), I find it completly hilarious and his face (right after that manical laughter) makes me smirk and laugh so loudly :)

Anyway, I consider Luke to be one of the best AA villians (if not, the best), due to him nearly suceeding in getting away with Bullard's murder. And finally, I love his magnifying glass monocle, as it completes his eccentric personality.
