Don't forget how

Not necessarily. You could enlarge and touch up the image from his official art. Then make an iron on transfer of it (would probably have to be 2 parts).

I gotta say Tigre's one of my favorite characters in the series. Tough guy attitude, Brooklyn accent, his trademark roar and his PINK SCOOTER. *runs*
Though one thing I really gotta give him props on is he's a lot more clever then you'd think. He went so far as to recreate the murder of Glen to establish a witness, then disguise himself as Phoenix when the person he was framing needed a lawyer to purposely take the fall.
Course, he didn't really show that cleverness when Phoenix tricked him in the end.
Phoenix: This bottle contains potacium cyanide and has your fingerprints on it!
Tigre: Ha, the real bottle is actually brown and made of glass! You won't get me with that!
