If I found out the plan that was about to conspire in case five and I was in Godot's position, I would have taken the letter from the hiding place then put it in that incinerator in the garden, burn the letter to a crisp, then would have gotten a cup of coffee and gone about my business.

He felt like he'd failed Mia. He only let that happen because he wanted Maya to feel like he'd saved her. Otherwise I'm pretty sure that's what he'd have done.

I would have told pearl exactly who Dahlia Hawthorne was and what she had done, and let her get over the fact that her mother is a crazed bitch. Seriously, not wanting to shatter Pearls' naive image of her mother is no reason to let someone get killed. It annoyed me that nobody ever told her that...that would have kept this whole thing from happening, even more then buring the letter. If Pearl just knew that summoning Dahlia would be bad for Maya she would never have done it in the first place.
