Here is how I rank them:

3-5>3-3=3-2>3-1>3-4

Yes, I don't really like Case 3-4. I just don't find it interesting (you already know that you will lose, somehow). But I love Case 3-5!

In regards to how much we like them?

3-3 = 3-5 > 3-2 > 3-4 > 3-1

Yeah, I liked 3-3 as much as I liked 3-5. So sue me :hotti:

I dunno, really. I suppose 3-2 was the best as a stand-alone case, but the continuity of 1, 4, and 5 makes them my favorites, although individually I like 3-2 better than any of those cases by themselves.

I didn't really care for 3-3 because...

Spoiler: 3-3
They didn't even try to hide the fact that Tigre was the killer; it was in the opening cinematic. Although I admit that I thought it was misdirection and that Viola would turn out to be the killer.

I really loved 3:4. Mainly because I had a really emotional reaction to it. Not a pleasant one, but still - I salute a video game that can really affect me.

3-2 > 3-5 > 3-1 > 3-4 > 3-3

3-2 ranks above them all if only for the amazing, non-DEM plot twist. 3-5 was good but not OMGBESTCASEVAR. 3-1 was pretty good for a first case and lengthy to boot. 3-4 was too hard for me to fathom. 3-3 was completely devoid of any suspense. It's like they were focusing too hard on making the characters as unbelievable as possible and completely disregarded the suspense that had me entranced on 1-3 and 2-3. What a complete bummer!

Also, could they have picked a more lame witness? I've already cleared her name, I don't want to have to defend her again. I know it's trying to be canon to the ending of JFA but would it have killed Capcom to at least use her as a witness? GOD!

I don't know...I just couldn't deal with 3-2. Drove me crazy, and just when I thought it was over, there was ANOTHER case within it that I had to solve. :payne:

Really, there wasn't a bad case. I loved them all.

5, 'cuz, you know, every second of it is pure awsomeness. (Edgeworth, wooot, and playing that awsome Search Core music all the time was awsome.)

3, Hehehehehe, Victor Kudo and Mia in a maid's outfit.

1, PHOENIX IS SO FUNNEH.

4, Gumshoes "You're georgous." comment to Mia.

2, was okay, just dragged on. The whole Phoenix rushing into another trial to get Luke could've been a whole lot cooler. But it was okay anyway.

Yeah, I know. The first three are pretty close, but somehow the second case was so.. thoroughly enjoyable. It had a small, but great cast of characters, and an interesting plot. The only gripe I had was Kane Bullard, whose blackmailing background wasn't explained at all.

3-4: This case was just so emotional, even more so considering I'd spoiled the ending beforehand.
3-5: Everything was just so perfect, especially the first trial day. ;] (Also, MOAR PLOT DEVELOPMENT)
3-1: Convicting Dahlia just made it SO satisfying. :]
3-3: I loved this case, I really did. But considering it wasn't really related to the main plot, it got pushed to the (near) bottom of my list. :[
3-2: I didn't care for 3-2, it really dragged on for me. (Although I love Luke and Ron's theme songs! :edgy: )

I enjoyed all of them, but 3-3 and 3-1 a significant amount less than 3-5, 3-2, and 3-4.

Exactly like my ranking.

3-3 was just as good as 3-5. 3-3 was funny and I liked the script and characters alot, 3-5 is just an epic ending to the Phoenix Trilogy, which still gives me shivers. Nicely packs up Trials and Tribulations.

Third best is 3-2, as it has so clever ideas and one of the best characters (Atmey, Ron, Desireé...), and it's the first time we see Godot.

I really enjoyed 3-4, but it was a little too short. It was a good flashback case, but I would have wanted something more. Of course seeing Mia and Edgey battle their first trials, as well as Diego mentoring Mia was really great, but it didn't end too well. I liked Terry Fawles though, and one of the best things about this case was
Spoiler: 3-4
that it falls right in the place and tells us more about Dahlia's story.

3-1 was fun. I enjoyed it much, but still it was the first case and first cases are always sort of introduction cases. Of course it stayed in the same theme than the rest of the cases, but still it isn't as good as the others.

I would have liked if we would have been able to play as Mia OUTSIDE the court. I'd like to know what people think when she shows her badge. :gant:

My Ranking of the Cases from Top to Bottom:

3-2: The fact it started off as something other then a murder case was a needed change. The cast of characters were all loveable and the return of fan favorites too. A few reference to other cases and a few good jokes help. Also: :yuusaku:

3-3: Another case with unique cast of characters and several unexpected twists. Plus, it some of the best jokes in the game (:keiko:). Just follows the PW Case formula to a T while being different from every other case.

3-1: Playing in flashback case as Young Mia against Payne with hair and a real personailty, what's not really to like. And Mia beating the heck of Grossber is nice plus.

3-4: Another great case for Young Mia but falls short for me since is the kinda case you would see on Law and Order or CSI. Also Terry's mannerism just felt so unnatural even for someone who been locked up for 5 years.

3-5: Before anyone starts to flame me over this, I don't believe that 3-5 was a bad case. I like it but just not as much as the other cases. Playing as Edgeworth and the Larry/Franziska interactions are the best part of the case. Most of the setting for the case felt rather tacked on and the plot twists were a little too predictable for a PW game. Plus, The case dragged on a little more then is needed for my personal taste.

I don't have any particular ranking, but I can tell you that case 3-4 is my favourite case in the entire series.

3-5 > 3-4 > 3-2 > 3-3 > 3-1

I prefer dramatic cases over happy cases and well, I find the lack of drama in this game a bit disappointing, even to the point that I prefer JFA over this game. I'm a sucker for sad stories ;___;

Well, anyways, I place 3-5 and 3-4 the highest well obviously, they had the drama I wanted. 3-5 was the epic, 3-4 was a little sad story.

3-2 comes next. The characters <3 The overall French air <3 Happy Adrian <3 Ron <3333333333333

3-3 was okay, but a bit too colourful, the characters were so eccentric in their own ways it's unimaginable how all of them meet in one spot. Same can be said about 2-3, but we're in a circus for gawd's sake. That doesn't mean I don't like the characters, I have to say Tigre was the funnest to cross-examine in the whole series.

3-1 goes to the bottom. Man, I loved punishing Dahlia, so satisfying. But overall, meh, just an introduction case with th greatest humor. But definitely the best introduction case.

So in this game, there is no case I hate or found boring~~

1. Case 5.
2. Case 3.
3. Case 4.
4. Case 1.
5. Case 2.

I did it this way because it might be less confusing. Plus, we all know which game we're talking about, so I don't think we need to use "3-" anyway.

Case 5 was highly emotional and very touching. It wrapped the whole series up in a somewhat tragic end, but it was satisfying for them to have ended such an amazing series with so much emotion. I'll admit, I cried at least 4 times through the last trial. This makes Trials and Tribulations the first and only game to make me cry. In Vocal Music, we studied a feeling you get when you're really into music. You can get goosebumps and feel a little shaken-up when you get that way. It sometimes happens when we watch movies and other things too. I got that feeling during the last trial. All of it hit me hard, even if I expected most of it anyway. The way they expressed the characters' feelings was complete and masterful. This case alone made this my favorite game in the series. They did an amazingly great job closing the series; they satisfied my anticipation and went beyond just that.

Spoiler:
...Although I wish so much that they would have mentioned Iris being Phoenix's wife in GS4. Not saying she is, but with the way everything ended, it seems that they would be getting back together right away when she gets out of jail. If they didn't, it would be really disappointing. The only complaint I have about the case is the usual problem in the PW games; they seem to avoid the subject of love most of the time. Phoenix and Iris came so close to straight-out saying it at the end of the game. It makes it obvious that Phoenix had mixed feelings about Dahlia, hate and love, so when he figured out the truth, he would probably have loved Iris all along. It was just a real let-down that they leave you in wonder about that situation. At least it was for me.

1: 5 - Simply. Epic. That is all...
2: 4 - ...Those who've played (and appreciate the case) know the immense power of this case.
3: 2 - Luke Atmey, The Delites, Mask*demasque...and Adrian! What's not to like?
4: 3 - 'YOUSE PHOENIX WRIGHT?' 'Did...you...like your coffee? Tee Hee!' ...Come on, this case was awesomesauces.
and, Joint with 3: 1 - Dahlia, Dozy Phoenix...PAYNE and MIA! Great case, nice introduction...good stuff.

...Too many reasons to state why I love them all, though

THANK YOU! SOMEONE FINALLY UNDERSTANDS! Although, my reason for disliking it is that it's such a poor excuse for a final, "dramatic", per se, case. It didn't keep me on the edge of my seat like 1-4 and 2-4 and therefore got shot down to the number two spot. It's a good case but it pales with the intensity and desperation of 1-4 and 2-4. Also, there was no reason for them not to bring back the initial trial system. If they don't bring it back in GS5, I'm not playing.

Because no matter how or what you did to the witnesses in 3-4 you would end up with your client screwing himself on the stage in front of a huge audience. Man that's gonna hurt your rep as a defense attorney pretty badly ay?
