There was a blue badger reference when you metal detected the statue. What was originally said in the Japansese? (If the DS jap says the same thing, then what about the original GBA japanese?) Or was that whole little part of the conversation new to the DS game>

What I remember is that gumshoe is talking about other possible jobs or something of the sort, and there is a reference to Gumshoe as the Blue Badger.

Just use the metal detector on the statue to see the exact words. (I can't find them with a Google search).
