So, I was doing a bit of Fey family tree analysis when it suddenly dawned on me: Maya and Pearl are cousins, right? Therefore, since Iris and Dahlia were the daughters of Morgan as well, that would make Iris, and Dahlia, the cousins of not only Maya but Mia as well. Ironic, since Mia faced off against Dahlia twice and was channeled by Pearl throughout some JFA and T&T.

I may seem slow for realizing this but it stretches the whole scope and magnitude of the case for me, at least.

I can't blame you for not catching on fast. I noticed it pretty quickly, but they really acted nothing like cousins. They didn't seem to even know each other except through court confrontations. It almost makes you wonder if the creator even noticed it.

The entire family needs serious counciling. I wonder if Mia ever found out she and Dahlia were related because I believe this was discovered during the investigation when Mia wasn't there. That would be a funny scene!

I just think they acted like they only knew each other through court battles. Cousins aren't always on the best terms. I can't stand one of my own cousins. But if I was trying to send one to prison, I would have at least said hi before I started throwing evidence in their face.

Of course they're half sisters. The game tells us that. I can't imagine Morgan and her first husband were even speaking, much less making babies. He takes their twins out of spite, drops Iris at the temple, and tells Dahlia they're never returning to the village. Not the nicest of men. They're all still blood-related though. We never meet Pearl's father. The only information we get on him was that he left when she was young like most of the men in Kurain.
