When you talk to her, at one point, she mentions that she only has an HMD because it looks cool. A robot shouldn't care about "fashion", etc.

Terminators are androids. Robots are different to androids. Regardless, I still don't think she's robotic in anyway.

Alright, I'll use Matt Engarde as an example, since I assume we've all beaten JFA:
The first thing Pheonix says before you can present evidence is "I know you paid close attention to Mr. Corrida, especially on that night!".
At this point, you can present the camera, or transmitter, and get Phoenix to say the same thing. And at the next question, you can present the stuffed bear, breaking the first lock.
HOWEVER, This is not what Lisa has. With Matt, for the first evidence choosing, you can ALSO present the bear FIRST, and he'll say a completely different series of lines. Then you present the camera/transmitter, and the lock shatters.
THIS is what Lisa has.
Here's how it works:
For the first question, she'll ask you to show what Glen Elg's problem was. Present the horse racing tickets here, then the Lottery Tickets later on. OR... reverse the order, for a new series of lines.
BUT... after the first lock shatters, she'll ask you to show how him winning the money would be bad, and that he shouldn't have been in any trouble. Phoenix will then say that Glen had to deal with something much more fearsome. You can present Furio's profile at this point in time, like anyone could guess. She'll then ask for a connection between the two, and you can, at this point, present the calendar, thus, shattering the SECOND lock.
HOWEVER... you can also choose to present Glen's calendar FIRST, and then when she asks you about who "The Tiger" is, you can present Furio's profile second. Also, IMO, presenting the calendar first gives you a few funny lines, so I recommend trying it out.
The most basic example of Multiple different answers, is Mia in the Detention Centre in 2-2. She will ask Phoenix to show evidence that may raise suspicions of her Aunt. You can present the cloth, OR the key, in either order... but it's pretty obvious that you can...

Terminators are actually cyborgs!Depends. You can argue that having organic skin would mean they are part-organic and part-robotic aka they're cyborgs by definition. BUT, the skin was CREATED to pass them off as human. In their native state (like some of the sneak peeks into the future), w/o the skin on, they're purely mechanical robots built into the image of a bipedal human aka ANDROID.
