If he had used his "boxing" the victim would have had lacerations and bruising.
If he had smashed his head into a wall there would be a lot of blood and bruising on the victim's face, as well as blood on the wall.

Hey ! This comes from Roald Dahl's short-story, Lamb to the Slaughter, am I wrong ? ^^ (it struck me as soon as I read 'leg of lamb' xD)
I really loved this one, especially the way the policemen never EVER suspect the wife (well, nobody does at all !), and just help her committing a perfect murder xD
And Luke didn't eat the leg of lamb, he just sent it to Jean Armstrong, for his very ultra special new menu ! xD

Oh...no, I've never actually heard of Lambs to the Slaughter. The only adult Roald Dahl story I ever read was The Landlady. That was so disturbing. I was actually eating a gyro when I tryped this...hence the lamb...*_* But you're wright. Luke sent it to Jean.

I believe the blunt head trauma did not cause Kane Bullard to bleed. They didn't mention any blood stains anywhere in the office and Kane Bullard had no cuts or anything on his head from it.
Maybe the police had no idea?
