So, apparently Capcom is presenting the game again at yet another convention. I hope what we'll get is gonna be something more than the SDCC/PAX demos. I keep hoping we'll see that awesome Direct 31/5 trailer with the new voices, (and
!) but it seems it's only a hands-on demo for people to try :/The convention is gonna run from Oct. 10-13th.

They're obviously made on the same engine, "cheaper looking English graphics" doesn't make sense, they only localized the game into English. Their own creativity doesn't really ruin the game itself, the games in the past were perfect and no one complained on the dialogue changes from the Japanese version. (I believe a lot of people would complain if 4kids localized this game.)

...but now I'm wondering... when was the graphics editing in localization for the previous games bad? I mean sometimes they sacrificed some artwork by replacing it with WordArt or something similar, but at least it wasn't something you noticed if you hadn't played the Japanese games.

I'm guessing that's not a real possibility because the sound file they use on the menu is probably one file that's already been rendered. I don't think anyone could actually do that. It would be the coolest thing ever if they did, though.

Yeah I can distinctly hear Phoenix and Athena in there, but my guess is Apollo's voice is hard to differentiate from Phoenix's when they're all together.

I'm pretty sure it was the same one as the one from San Diego Comic Con, so it would be the same as the videos shown there.

That's nice it's still being shown off. Wasn't expecting a new demo since we were so close to release, but I thought they might have shown the San Diego Comic Con demo as well. I guess not.

Here's an album of the Ace Attorney-related photos ButzPuff and I (though mostly him), took at NYCC last month. Highlights include:
The Dual Destinies booth, complete with the witness stand. Didn't get a shot of the nearby demo station, unfortunately.
Really nice trio here.
And a really good Edgeworth, too!
There's some more really good ones in the album as well, definitely worth a look if you're interested. Glad to see the cosplayers were really plentiful this year.
