Looking at the trailer, I don't think we'll see another Phoenix Wright character in the game.
Since the Capcom characters shown so far are all the game's characters cosplaying, my guess is that each playable character will have one Capcom costume among their unlockable outfits. Looks like this guy is Apollo, and this girl is Pearl. It appears that this porn mustache guy is the one who dresses as King Arthur, and this one shows up as Ryu. Unfortunately, that only leaves this kid, who looks more like a Megaman than a Phoenix Wright.
Who knows, though. There may be more characters beyond the 8 they show in that trailer. Then again, even if there are, the GS franchise is already represented by 2 characters, so if they do have another golfer with Phoenix's body type, he might be more likely to get a costume of Dante, or Viewtiful Joe, or uh... Bionic Commando. I guess we'll see when the game comes out in Japan and people start posting screenshots of all the unlockables.

Tecmo did a very similar thing with cameo costumes in their Super Swing Golf series.
