If you go off of this Gant it's about right. And I would change the hands to match (up/down) but I think it wouldn't look fight as a smilie that way. I may fix the edges of the hands later if they really need it.

No, I think it's okay. The hands look way better when rotated, although the bouncing might seem a little weird; but, if he does that in game, I won't argue. :3
