I have also transparented your oldbag one. I think it looks pretty good, but one of her firing it would be awesome.

Ok, I'm going a bit overboard now, but nobody that i could see did the updated joe dark smiley, so.. um.. I did.
I also acted on the suggestions of him pulling the knife out sheathed, then unsheaths it, and also the sinister (or misunderstood) smile.

good? which do you prefer?


I think it works well, but maybe needs some more continuity (i.e. he resheaths the knife and returns it to behind his back)
What do you think?

I believe I have one thing to say before I upload my next smilie:

OMG I did it...

I'm probably celebrating prematurely, but still, I actually did it. Anyways, you may recall back on Saturday I was talking about doing a smilie based off of this animation of Kyouya. Well...guess what, I did it.

Image This is one version without the wall...

Image...and one with the wall.

Either something's messed up with these, or I think people are gonna like 'em...I could see either possiblity happening.

If you wanna improve them, then go ahead. Here's the Sprite Sheet I used:

Also, somebody on #gyakusai said that the face of this Kyouya smilie ( Image ) didn't look right. Here's the sprite sheet for that one if you wanna improve it:

is there a uick way to do transparenting on photoshop, other than taking ages using the selection tool and deleting the background bit by bit?

Actually, I think the face looks better on that one compared to the one I previously did. Work on getting the hair flappy done (you can use my previous smilie/smilie sheet if you want), and we'll see what the others think.

Plus, the hair on that one looks A LOT better, as well. Thanks for your help, HP.
