I've been working on a jazzhands Ron for a while, can't get his hair to look right though. :/

I have read that thread and totally endorse jazzhands. Trucy, you should make the jazzhands smiley! That would be too incredibly awesome for words.
By the way, I agree with Sklarvv, she could use that and just cut the rest out. It's not that difficult. Of course she wouldn't just use the whole thing, Balrog. Sheesh.

wouldn't be any help at all, because, say for example, his hand never opened in this sprite, then there would be nothing even close to being JazzHands in the whole thing

And I was thinking that it would be nice to have the ability to save a certan amount of personal smilies into our smilies. We could procide a link to the smilie and a code (like :don1:) then when someone wants to use a certan smilie that isn't a CR one they don't have to get the Img code every time. You could have a size limit to preven large ones.

And one more thing. For my idea, each person would only get a set amount of smilies they could shortcut. (since CR wouldn't be hosting the pics, just saving the urls with the ":codes:")
I don't know how many smilies would be good for a limit but that was my idea. Do with it what you will.
