I don't know if this is the proper place to post this, but Its the most "general" of forums I can find here.
Anyway, the paper I have to write involves laws governing the regulation of attorneys, aka lawyer ethics. For this particular paper I have to analyze something from a piece of fiction and discuss the ethical issues it raises. Because of my love of the game series I have chosen the Phoenix Wright series to write my paper about, however I don't know what exactly to focus on.
Here comes the part that I need help on. I would be very appreciative if people could suggest to me certain parts of any game in the series (I've played and beaten them all) that made them think: "Can attorney's do that?"
I know the games aren't very realistic, and pretty incredulous overall, but if anyone can point out certain parts that seemed off but not insane. (I'm looking for more complex issues than "can an attorney shoot a witness?") Something that could actually tolerate in-depth analysis mostly.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! (fyi this is a law school paper for my legal ethics class)
