I was wondering when you add your icon to your profile on the threads there is always a green border around it is their any way to actually get your icon to fit the whole box and remove the borders?

Ah, no, there is no way, that's just the background of your profile information. You can hide more of it by making your profile picture the maximum width, but the green is just part of the forum itself, not a setting of your profile.

Oh okie i see their no way a admin or moderator can mess with the coding in the system to fix it? and my icon right now is already at the maximum 200x200

It's not something that needs to be "fixed", it was a purposeful design decision that's been around since the last major forum overhaul in 2010. It's purpose is group all profile information (Avatar, Name, Rank, Vital Info, Stats, etc.) into one thing so they don't get lost in a post.

Ah i see i was just thinking that with the design descision they made couldnt they edit the code's for it to still keep all that info in one area but remove the green borders? im not good with html thats why im asking these questions

I suppose they COULD, but I don't think it's something they will do, as it is not pressing, and there isn't all that much demand for the change.

True mostly for me its just a pet peeve of mine like for example with my laptop my wallpapers always have to be HD quality

I just fixed it i had to change the board style under board preferences
