The first problem with this report that shot down the other threads is how this is from the Japanese site.
Another problem is how the wording "basically achieved" is very similar to the other reports.
I don't mean to burst anyone's bubble, but there is doubt with this latest report.

This COULD be an international report, and a way to know is to read the report in Japanese and compare it to the English version.
I'm hoping it accounts for the whole world, but I'm skeptical.

Edit - just checked and it is dated May 8th, and has the data for the physical year up to March 31st 2014
