I think there should be a specific suggestion and contest area for the Present Testimony and Evidence area.

Well, any sort of contest could be done specifically per section (fanart would go under the appropriate subsection in Present Evidence, fanfics would go under Present Testimony). I'm not sure what you mean by a "suggestion" section, though.

Oh no no no, please don't PM people just to ask them to make something for you. The fanart section already has a request thread, and several spriters have "will take requests" in their thread titles. If someone is offering to take requests, go ahead and ask in their thread.

But I don't know what you mean by contest, I'm certainly not holding any contests right now.
