So I'm trying to put together a flash animation, but I've run into a problem.

The Defence Bench. In the section where it is located for download (I believe its a rip) it has a green background. When I pull this into flash, and try to put the location behind the bench, nothing shows through the green like I assumed it would.

Am I supposed to edit the green part out or something?

Also, is there a easier animation program to use than Flash? I'm pretty lost.

You should first take the bench to a image editor which supports transparent backgrounds (Paint.net, Photoshop...). Then you delete the green background and save it. After that you import it to Flash again.

...Yes, you are.

Sounds like what you really need is a tutorial site. Maybe you should go to Newgrounds or some other flash site and poke around the help forums.
