There was already a topic on this. O_o Anyway:
Unfortunately, it looks like they really will be released out of order seeing as this lines up with the old information (March 2008 for AJ and just 2008 for T&T).
Here's my theory: the UK version will include a French language option and there's a certain element to the game, namely:
I'm guessing localisation for the third game was more awkward than normal and so it's been excessively delayed to avoid lawsuits and country-specific bans.
To their credit, though, the official line is that all Q1 EU releases have been confirmed and finalised so if these dates are true, this is getting released ahead of schedule.

I believe Gamespot and GameFAQs share a database, but it also is stating these dates as the release dates.
The official Nintendo Europe site has yet to be updated with this information, but that doesn't mean much because games are marked as "TBC" on that site when they've been released for months. :P
There may be some credibility to this:

While news of an English language Apollo Justice is welcome, the US release doesn't necessarily mean it'll be hitting UK shelves any time soon, so impatient fans will need to go down the import route. After all, here we're still waiting for the release of the Pocket Gamer gold medal-scoring third game in the series Phoenix Wright: Trials and Tribulations, which is due for release on March 21st 2008. All this waiting - it's a trial in itself.
Still looking around for more confirmation. :D
Does we even do these things anymore?
