And I've only really argued with you here...on this one topic to my knowledge. XD Sorry if it seems I'm picking on you just the Final Fantasy movies are both ok, Advent Children...isn't to my taste because of the main character but I'll admit the fight scenes are well done and the animation is smooth and some people really love it.
XD Just sayin not all game-to-film transitions are bad also for the record Blak I thought the Prince of Persia movie was pretty good.
Though I hate the Resident Evil movies but in my experience....most people like them. I even know some that are actually 'anticipating' the next one.

THEY'RE MAKING AN ASSASSIN'S CREED MOVIE?? AND A MASS EFFECT MOVIE??? They both better be good...although I doubt they'll be that great. Also, I really sorta hope that it's not gonna be a huge Paramount Pictures type deal...it's just annoying when people start talking about the movies and you know the actual story and then they're all like MLEHHH and you're all like NAHHH...know what I mean?
