Spirit of Justice OST out today in Japan, tracklist revealed

Somewhat unusually, the tracklist for the album was not released ahead of time, so it’s only just been revealed. A rough translation is in the tags below, but be wary of potentially spoilery titles. For those wanting to know just the general contents, it’s 62 tracks including music from the DLC, but unlike the AA5 soundtrack it does not include music from the cutscenes or trailers.

It's probably because when he took the effort to upload the DGS soundtrack, the entire thing got removed for copyright.

Listen to 0:33 on the 169Tom upload and 9:38 on the CatDonkey OST. The second sounds a bit more...echoey. I didn't hear much difference in Phoenix's Objection, though.

I still don't hear any difference, but it's possible, some tracks in the official OST are different.
As for the Objection theme, listen to minute 0:37 on 169Tom's video and then listen to minute 21:26 on the OST uploaded by CatDonkey and you'll see (hear?) the difference right away.

Also, some of 169Tom's uploads are lower quality. Vector Hunter has higher quality uploads.

Also, I think that the Objection music in the OST fits for Phoenix in Japan/US while the in-game one fits with Khura'in.
