I'm not exactly sure where to post this, but would an Admin mind to change the upcoming dates on the Homepage from 2016 to September 2016.

@Bolt thanks for the video. I haven't seen the whole thing with the subs, but I did watch it with English translations of Japanese subs. It makes it "interesting" to say the least.
Just went with a sig to see if it would work

Turns out Edgeworth's model hasn't really changed a lot from DD, other than the outline being a bit unnoticeable, and the fact that his cravat is longer.

I hate that they didn't alter his talk animations and "ugh" sprite. He looks more tired than flustered, and his mouth movement is so sloppily animated.

Of course they didn't alter any sprites. It's 3d models now.

Confusing sprites for 3D, but yes, they didn't do anything to Edgeworth. The main 3 characters all got changes to their models, so it's probably just laziness.

I call them sprites anyway. It's 3D emulating the feel of 2D sprites.

They actually DID remodel the 3D models from scratch this time, even though they didn't have too, you can notice the differences between Phoenix's model in AA5 and AA6 for example

I see no way to improve perfection... except by adding more perfection!
I don't know whose idea it was to make the cravat bigger, but I like their style.

Although to be honest, I never did think Miles Edgeworth needed much improvement model-wise, at least compared to Phoenix and, to a lesser extent, Apollo.
Furthermore, he's not even one of the main characters, again, compared to the bloody title characters who got a model makeover.

Well now, I stand corrected. The cravat looks better than DD.

Define "from scratch".

This looks like a simple copy paste job with slight remodeling to me. Perhaps a few changes to shaders or something has been applied in general and the outlines have been changed from black to red.

Also, Phoenix's looks worse now. I never liked his out of court positure in DD because he looks so bulky, but in court it was fine, but now his mouth is placed way too low, just like Takuro Fuse did when drawing Edgeworth and it looks so annoying. It looks like Phoenix is more sophisticated when his mouth is so low. Compare that to the original PWAA sprite and you'll see he used to have his mouth much closer under his nose to enact a sense of cool to him.

The Nintendo Dream interview was where they said they redid all the models

I hope they redo Edgeworth's objection. It was so bad in DD...

Considering Phoenix has the same objection I'm not expecting ut, but I hope Capcom cares to listen to a bit of fan feedback, but they barely care enough to do the voicework well in the first place so...

I guess if you're used to dubbed American anime it's no biggie, but for me everything I heard in DD paled in compariso. To what I'm used to.

I like the redone Suspense theme!! It sounds better than DD's weird Suspense theme remix(not the Illegal of Fate one) that sounded really monotonous... and I'm crossing my fingers for a redo of Edgeworth's crappy voice clip

Sorry to burst your bubble, but the suspense theme in-game is the same as in DD with the pick-bass and all even in Khura'in. This was just an anime-specific one but I wish it had been in the game.

If Capcom USA really cares about the fanbase they will ask Liam to re-record Edgeworth's line, but they probably don't so they won't..

I'm certain they will do a terrible job with Larry's character, and yet I even surprised myself with how happy I am for his return.

Judging from AAI or AAI2 yeah, but I feel so far when it comes to characterization at least they handle post-time skip re-introductions well enough, because they have to at least slightly come up with new things rather than to riff off exactly how the characters were to begin with.

I expect the usual gag about his new girlfriend and hitting on everything and conveniently being in the wrong spot at the wrong time which ends up helping the case.

Yes, maybe you're right. They did DD Edgeworth justice I think, and he was a disaster in AAI.
