I think I can agree with this on some level. Although, I think Edgeworth would be more of the type to have very outdated technology rather than completely fail at it. His cell phone is probably from the eighties and is as big as a brick. Even better, it's the one from the Big Lebowski that looks like a regular phone, but it has a carrying case.
