The localization team currently has no other Ace Attorney games to work on, so I hope the translation won't take long either.

I'm sure people think having sports games coming out every year is cool too. But you know what they become after a while? Basic clones of the other. Roster updates, graphical updates, maybe a new control or mode thrown in here or there, it just becomes a tired franchise.
I don't want to see this series turn out that way. I want Capcom to take as much time as is needed to make a great game.
At the same time, I don't want the series to seem like it comes out too often.
Do you know how often a Zelda title releases? QUITE often. There's usually one announced to come out in a range from 2-3 years after one releases. Majora's Mask came a few of years after Ocarina of Time, the Orcale games came out not too long later, then was the A Link to the Past remake for the GBA, the Ocarina of Time rerelease on the Gamecube in 2002 or 2003, followed by Windwaker. Four Swords Adventures came out in 2004, Minish Cap in 2005, Twilight Princess in 2006 (one for the Gamecube AND Wii), Phantom Hourglass in 2007, as well as a "Crossbow Training" game to show off the Wii Zapper.
Now the series is just tired, and revolves around the same plot. Crossbow Training is the only Zelda title to not focus on saving Zelda like the others did since 2001.

Well, seeing that the other four ace attorney games were remakes/a new game in the series, that's a pretty good excuse. And I never said the games were bad, they were just getting...tired.

Anyway, if we analyize GS4's release dates, we know it would be out in 2010. Here:
-JP: April 2007
-US: Febraury 2008
-EU: May 2008
So, GK would be, aproximately:
-JP: May 2009
-US: March 2010
-EU: June 2010
And, just in case, when Capcom was localizing AJ they weren't working on any other AA game (the localizing team, not Capcom), so it would be pretty much the same with AP (Ace Prosecutor. Yes, Ace.) But that's just numbers. I hope Capcom brings (takes to the US, bleh) GK faster, but it's not very likely. If they don't rush it, I think it's OK with us GS fans all.
