So, this game will have Layton's plot with Ace Attorney's script? Sound win. Thank you very much. |

You don't like them? I like them... but they are secondary for me. As long as the dialog doesn't go down to "The food is extraordinarily pathetic, Bill"-Level, I'm happy.

Nah, most of them feel forced. A few per game are okay though. |

Spoiler: 2-4 I liked most of the pop culture references. Although I was disappointed at the utter lack of any sci-fi references pertaining to Godot's mask .

Umm, pop culture references would be done by the localization team. Not by the Japanese plot- or script-writer. |

Godot being able to shoot lasers from his eyes or something. Well it looks promising. I'm not sure if this is what is means, but I'm hoping we're getting a good collaboration style plot and script from both creators, and if not hopefully they both get to look over the script. |

The Japanese Version has Pop-Culture references as well, but they refer to japanese Pop Culture, rather than wester Pop Culture... and I think it are a little less than in the Western version. Still, chances are that the Localisation team are gonna use less of those is the source contains none. That's what I meant. |

Thx, JapaneseGIRL! megaxleox wrote: So now I just want to know... what's the witch's name? I don't think they actually say in the article. On page 2 it just says "[something I can't read] girl" next to the witch so.... (Although I could be wrong :P) |

It says the mysterious girl. And technically, she is only suspected of being a witch, we don't know who/what she is of yet (which is actually her description: "An original character for this work. She is suspected of being a witch, but...") |

Wow, that's a huge lack of new relevant information. I was expecting some more, specially for PLvsGS. Oh, well, at least there's Blondie's sprite... if those are sprites, they look a bit too epic to be sprites. But this is the 3DS, so who knows. And it's also a nice recap of everything we know about both games. I think. As always, thanks a lot, J-GIRL! Hope you don't mind if I add the pics to your post. |

I hope he'll have at least one or two new expressions... A happy laughing would be nice, especially since that would enable us to compare his Lawyer-self laugh to the infamous Hobo-Laugh, as well as the Feenie-Grin. |

It's a forum, where everybody can post any news, and, if they're relevant enough, they get moved to the first page of the site. We're not journalists, and never claimed to be. Now go and make a couple of non-spam posts, right now you're just a troll. |

I feared that this might happen... There's a voice acted line in Professor Layton: Unwound Future, that my sister finds so incredibly funny, she keeps using the "Soundcheck" option of the game to play that one line up and down the whole day, just because it's just a wonderful example of (intentionally?) stupid dialouge. The line is "Das Essen is überaus erbärmlich, Bill!" in German, spoken by a snobby woman. Since the game doesn't come with an English Language Feature, I don't know what the exact line is in the English version... So I just translated it, hopeing people would know which line I mean. Didn't work out, apparently. -_-; |

I want so play Layton vs GS, but it's all dreams to me. I can't afford the 3DS because I'm so unbelievably poor that I can't even afford correctly my lunch everyday, plus I don't know which is the most trustworthy selling website in the whole net. Onto the news, if any news about an US/EU version is being updated, please post it thanks. And support that link 2 news ago. |

This man is a mixing between Matt Engarde and Luke Atmey. He looked weird too... I think the blong girl in Layton VS Ace Attorney has been designed by Capcom. As someone said she looks like a feminine version of Klav or Kris... Oh man... I'm so happy to have some news about these two games! Too bad Layton VS AA is on 3 DS... Thanks for the pics Japanese Girl! You're amazing! :) |

It's not "really" popular there, more like it's "only sells less than Mario and Nintendogs on DS" popular. For some reason, Europe is much more Layton-loving than the US. Might be thanks to casuals, but great games selling greatly is never a bad thing, regardless of the circumstances. |
