Let's stay positive and hope that doesn't happen. I'm pretty sure it'll be available in Europe. I mean, Layton seems to be really popular over there, right? In Europe? It's not "really" popular there, more like it's "only sells less than Mario and Nintendogs on DS" popular. For some reason, Europe is much more Layton-loving than the US. Might be thanks to casuals, but great games selling greatly is never a bad thing, regardless of the circumstances. Actually, it probably has something to do with the covers. The European covers look a lot like the Brain Training cover, so maybe that's what attracts buyers. I personally like them better than the US covers. Especially the Curious Village box art, it looks very pretty~ (I could only find a good pic of the Spanish cover, but it's the same for all European countries). Also, I don't know about other European countries, but here in Spain they get announced a lot in TV; way more than other videogames (besides Mario, Zelda and Pokemon). |

In the UK they get advertised in freaking newspapers. That's the key to its success. What I wonder is why Nintendo of America doesn't make that kind of effort to push Layton in the US. Every day I like NoA less. |

The UK/European Curious Village cover looks far better than the USA one that I have, IMO. It looks pretty and also mysterious. |
