And yeah, I noticed that Objection has a segment near the end that's almost exactly like one or both of the Orchestra concerts. (But I didn't mention it since I already pointed out the News theme it had, and didn't want to overload the layout) Perhaps the insertion was a coy shout out?

Awesome! I would have never expected Apollo Justice music here. And his Objection theme is one of my favorite songs in the series...
It's quite a sad version, though. I would have preferred something more upbeat, but it's great anyway. Thanks for sharing!

I was afraid they might go with their own themes and then just naming them like Objection or stuff like that,
but this...THIS is EXACTLY what I wanted.
This is the way to go!
Finally a good game movie since Silent Hill...and that other one I just now can't get in my head...
I'm not sure I'f I ever buy this soundtrack though.
It if gets european release, sure.
If not...Well...I don't think I'll end up getting one...
I'd be frustrated sure, but still...
But anyway, this is just ZINTASTIC!

Whenever I click the blue button, iTunes opens up but for some reason it crashes after just a few seconds. It's already happened four times. I guess I may have to uninstall and reinstall iTunes in order to listen to the previews properly.

The cornered theme: AMAZING. Very epic sounding. However I could only make out the theme at the beginning and near the ending. For some reason, I keep expecting 8-bit music to start playing.
Objection theme: I love that they put Polly's theme in!

So what exactly makes YouTube above piracy?
YouTube processes the audio track, so what you hear isn't the original music found on iTunes. This doesn't make it legal, but some people would prefer the original version (and they'd prefer Mediafire for that reason, or buy from the original source if possible).
People also put music on YouTube all the time, as long as the music doesn't match any registered ContentID for copyrighted music. This is especially the case with video game music, but most music from today's record companies are registered with ContentID. So music on YouTube tends to stay there unless the copyright holder cares enough to register so their music is either not allowed or requires advertising for royalties. (they could flag videos too, but that's more difficult)
So it's kinda fuzzy when it comes to non-ContentID'd music on YouTube. At least it's streaming, requiring extra steps (abeit easy ones) to extract the music to mp3.
