Capcom has posted their schedule for NY ComicCon. We still don't know squat about when the Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney HD Trilogy will come out, aside form the vague "this fall" claim. However, It seems that, if the Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney HD Trilogy were to preview there,it would be on Friday.



I presume that the iOS game would be filed away under "and more" were it to show up there.

Again, this is conjecture. Capcom's not mentioned the game at all, and therefore has absolutely no guarantee of appearing. But I am assuming it will show up there as this is the last major expo of the year, and thus, if Capcom is aiming to tie a formal release date to a major outing, it'd be at NewYork ComicCon.

But in the event I'm wrong… NYCC is just 3 days away. We'll either get a release date then, or possibly not at all and it'll just randomly appear on the App Store at some future date a la Ghost Trick. In either case, we'll get our answer soon.

And in the event it does show, any attendees who get to demo the game, we'd love to hear and share your hands on experiences with the title.

The HD version of the original Ace Attorney has actually been released for iPhone, already.

(Or at least iTunes says it has. I don't have an iPhone with me, so I can't confirm that this is it really being released and not a pre-order...but it doesn't mention anything about a pre-order...)

That's not the HD version; that's the orignal iPhone port. Notice that the sprites are the same as the DS version (and therefore pixellated), rather than smooth like all of the HD screenshots.
