Indeed, according to Silliconera, Nintendo has filled a trademark for Last Window in Europe, which means the game will be released in Europe (and also, that's the localization has probably already begun) :)
Nothing yet for the US, but there's little doubt the game will also be released there too.
Nintendo just filed a trademark for Last Window in Europe and we don’t have to guess what game it’s going to be used for. I checked for a similar trademark in the US database and couldn’t find one at this time. Hopefully, Last Window: Midnight Promise will get a worldwide release. Even if it doesn’t you can always import from Europe, which is better than no English version.
By the way, Again, another game by Cing, will be released in the US on March the 30th!

Seriously, I have played the first game through four times and it`s still maybe my favourite game plot wise. (Shadow of Destiny competes)
I allways figured Kyle`s story has ended. I am afraid this might be a letdown...I mean whatever happenes it`s somehow less than I expected. Hopefully the controls are better now...and Mila is still there.

And yup, nothing yet for Europe (wonder when it'll be released), though as long as the game is released in the US, it's more than enough for me :p
