Yeah.

I'm near the end of chapter V, where Jeff caught you breaking into his room. I'm supposed to show him these five pieces of evidence:

I've got everything.. expect the newspaper. Before breaking into Jeff's room, I tried to collect the newspaper from the lobby. I examined the paper (every individual piece, and yes, the part about the attorney aswell) but Hyde just didn't take it with him.

And now I can't leave Jeff's room. I could of course load my save but I already did that once (this is the second time I'm stuck in Jeff's room without the paper) and Hyde didn't take the newspaper with him after I loaded it.

I'm playing the US version.

Argh.

Just keep showing him everything and asking the red questions until he kicks you out of his room. Hyde will have an epiphany and suddenly realize he needs to pick up the newspaper.
