maybe as an excuse for the whole tutorial first case thing it could be something to do with

What if the first case appears to be a murder, but the 'victim' is really just missing? I'd like that.

Yes but then that wud mean we are back to playing as phoneix again and its doesnt give apollo a chance to develop and have his background questions from gs4 answers and wat wud happen with trucy
