Anyway, the title tells it all. I'm pretty sure they're (capcom) are going to release info about it. (If they don't ah well.) Do you people think the "info" will be in the form of one of those Special Voiced Japanese court cases? (Most likely featuring Apollo and Klavier)
I've seen the 2005 and 2006 ones in Japanese, (I understand enough to get a basic idea of whats going on) and they're awesome, not to mention hilarious at some points. (How do the Japanese pick such fitting voices for characters, Phoenix in particular, and then tie it with humour?)
Oh and i've seen a few topics about voices so i'm going to put in my opinion.
I think the voices should be only in court trials, and only during critical points (the kind of points where cornered themes usually play). Anything more than that and it would take too long too make (and if the voices aren't all that good it could get annoying).

Maybe something like a chat between Udgy, Apollo, Klavier and Phoenix? Introducing new characters and stuff. I think they could make it fully dubbed, like they used to do (if I remember correctly

ive tried the jap ones and they voices really are fitting. i hope they would leave the voices and just translate the rest
