What would I like to not see in the next game? The same whining that Capcom hasn't catered exclusively to you (general-you).
It's really hard to imagine this thread not just being a collection of "LEAVE OUT [insert character poster hates here]" posts and not surprisingly, they are. So I guess the only way Capcom could truly please everyone is to make sure the next game has no plot and no cast.

Great, that's practically half the cast. (On another note, I just replayed 1-1 and I found the Mia sprites to be really...ugly. Horrible. She looks better as Pearl/ Maya.)

I also don't want Phoenix defending or having any major part ala 4-4, it's Apollo's story, we know too little about him to learn more about Phoenix. How about having a case where Apollo takes the bar-exam? Here's my guess on prosecutors:
5-1: Payne
5-2: Klavier/New prosecutor
5-3: New prosecutor
5-4: New prosecutor
5-5: Surprise return of Edgeworth

I'd like to see a revival of the Wright & Co. Law Firm, except with Nick doing his own cases and leaving Apollo on his own to prove himself as a lawyer on his own merits. I don't necessarily want to play as Phoenix again, but I want to see him successful, and on the sidelines. Plus a few cameos from Maya (they can be minor one-liners, but at least acknowledge that she exists). If anything, give us one Phoenix case (maybe as a flashback tutorial case, I don't care) but let Apollo prove himself - cause he hasn't done that at all yet.Get rid of
He was a wuss of a prosecutor, and I felt like he was a know-it-all who mocked me under the pretense of "uncovering the truth". But beating him was meaningless as he seemed to put his rock career much higher on his list than his legal career. Apollo isn't going to prove himself by going up against this guy.Enough with the magician troupe. Unless we see some kind of feud between them and Max Galactica.

Trucy IS like the rebirth of Maya xD and Ema failed at whatshe was aiming for. And Gumshoe probably is the one ordering Ema xD After All Ema DID slapped Gumshoe twice in Turnabout Rise from the Ashes. O.o

Klavier Gavin as main prosecutor. He's cool enough and all, but I want a new face on the other side of the bench. He'll still show up once in a while, or in the end--like most other "past game" prosecutors.
Phoenix taking up so much limelight. Apollo didn't seem very developed by the end of the game, especially with backstory. I'd find it interesting though if he took limelight as a victim, in a latter case that has so many riddles. I'd be saddened by Phoenix's death yet be so enthusiastic to find out what happened at the same time. ... Um k, that wound up into a "new idea".
I'll come up with more later.
