Now, yes, hanging does count as strangulation, but let me remind the court that this is a murder chart! Celeste wasn't murdered, she took her own life. You do, however, raise a good point about Dahlia's execution. (which I find very strange, since this is the future and they're still hanging? They're in California/Japan for goodness sake!)
So, in retrospect, I would then say there were technically 2 "willful killings" by strangulation, but we need more in te actual cases.

It seems you need to take a gander at the Court Record. There are two parts to the chart: The top is murder methods that have already been done in AA. You must be confused with the bottom part, where I state murders (not manslaughters or suicides) that have not been performed in AA yet.

My my...what a tangled web we have weaved. Remember, in that one instance at Grey's Clinic was indeed manslaughter, but who's to say someone can't deliberately kill someone with the use of medical tools!
Now, it could be a sub-topic murder, such as: Poisoning from Medical Malpractice. But there can also be a surgery gone bad, from a crazed doctor looking for revenge. What's the best way to take him out while he's injured? Kill him in the O.R. and pin it on another doctor! ZTis quite the simple murder method, yet it has not been used yet in that fashion.
