Really good theory witch actually makes sense

5-1 Apollo takes the case but Phoenix just is back from taking the bar so he takes the case instead. It turns out Phoenix has something to to with the case and is declared guilty and sent to jail.
5-2 Apollo takes a Case and finds a note in the wright anything agency.... Trucey has ran away after her father has been sent to jail. Apollo visits phoenix in jail, phoenix gives him the magamata, and tells him to go to Maya for help. There is a new Prosecutor, Apollo wins the case.
5-3 The case is directly related to 5-2 and it turns out apollo got the wrong person guilty in 5-2. The real murderer for both 5-2, and 5-3 are half brothers (or sisters).
5-4 During trial it turns out this case is related to 5-1 and Phoenix is really not guilty. Phoenix is cleared of all crime, and gets his badge back.
5-5 Phoenix is defending. Someone important dies. This ties together 5-1, 5-4 and also 5-2, and 5-3 and the first apollo justice game. Turns out trucy was kidnapped she did not run away from 5-2. Someone important prosecutes, ether edge worth, klavier, or Godot. The prosecutor is a key point to the case. The murder is someone important from one of the previous games or maybe even a character from this game and was the one person behind all the crimes in the game(not the murderer of all the cases but just the one who was behind the cases).
The reason this makes since is it has Maya come back because of Trucey's disappearance and hit has Penix come back while Apollo is still the main character.
What do you guys think.

If Phoenix is in charge of the first AND last case then it kind of blows up the idea of Apollo being the main character. As much as I like Phoenix he already stole the spot light in AJ.
Repeating what other people have already said, it's actually not a bad idea I just wouldn't like playing through it.
