I wonder if Phoenix is going to return as a defense attorney (getting his badge back, maybe?), or if they're going to have past trials like they did in GS3/PW3. Maybe even go into even more detail of what happeend to Phoenix before he lost his badge in GS4.

In it Odoroki goes back to the past to save Phoenix from losing his badge. He succeeds and goes back to his time, but ends up in an alternate 2025 where crime is rampant and everything has gone wrong (ie Back to the Future 2) Odoroki then goes back again to save the future which he succeeds in doing, but in the process accidently becomes his own grandfather.

I hope they bring back Gumshoe, it feels like they lost the "incompetant detective" theme, and switched it with a "Not-that-interested detective" theme...
Also, I hope to see a return of Maya, Edgeworth, Pearl, and, even if he is in prison (and hopefully not executed) Godot....
possibly Franziska... I liked her whip....
mabye they could re-instate Angel Starr as a detective if Gumshoe is unavaiable,
I liked her... Anyway, I hope GS5 focuses more on Phoenixs past...
and i hope he gets his badge back...
