Can someone help explain this screenshot?

My first time creating a thread. Sorry in advance if it's in the wrong section.

I was checking the screenshots on the Gyakuten Saiban 5 page on the Japanese Amazon and noticed this one:

For those that do not know what I've squared, it is Phoenix's name. I just thought it was strange to see this because the text is blue, and therefore his thoughts. Of course, what's weird here is that this is a screenshot from Case 2. The main character during this Case is Apollo while his partner is Athena. Basically, I'm not sure why Phoenix is thinking to himself here.

At first I thought it was a screenshot from the investigation demo, but I think the characters in that are Apollo and Athena too.

Maybe it's just a "sample" screenshot for sites that sell the game.

EDIT: What Phoenix is saying is basically: Okay, let's check this area out. There has to be clues here!

[wave=][/wave]The scenario was actually from TGS 2012. They probably had to use Phoenix to hide the reveal of Apollo. I saw this on a video of TGS 2012. Amazon must have mistakenly put it on the site.

Nope, it's still there. The image I linked to first was one I uploaded to ImageShack but there seems to be something wrong with my account. Some of the other images I've uploaded don't load anymore.

EDIT: In fact, screw it. Gonna find a different image-sharing site...

But Phoenix has experience. We can't trust this nobody to kick down a door. Next thing we know, she'll be having lengthy discussions on the differences between ladders and stepladders and constantly discuss how much she admires Charley for going through so much. We can't have that!

But... she's his understudy. She has to learn the secret to kicking doors down some time. Besides, I'm sure she'll instead be arguing with Apollo over the difference between ladders and stepladders; the fool honestly doesn't see the importance of distinguishing between them. And EVERYONE has to commend Charley. Those who don't are shunned. SHUNNNNNed.

...Oh, yeah. Athena is definitely stronger. She can lift Apollo off of his feet with ease. Phoenix has trouble lifting a few books (granted, those law books are rather thick).
