So I'm going to push onward with my game, "TURNABOUT COCOA"!
I'm currently using Case Maker to make it.
Here is a little test of what I've learned so far with the Case Maker file included to show how I'm making it.
I still have allot of work to do but I figure now is a good time to share this idea with everyone.
I'm open to suggestions! If you have any please share them!

I was told that the only way is to change the actual sprite. It's the same one in my av. Same speed and everything.
I just haven't gotten around to that hoping to find something hidden that the person didn't know about.

I made a clone of your demo. Took your avatar, edited some of your gifs, and adjusted them to lip sync in case maker. Everything is possible, it just needs effort.

I finished that row of the sheet first.
It looks like you set your folders up differently than I do.
And when I loaded it there were no actions in the list. So I don't even know how you would make it work.
I hope that doesn't sound like complaining. I'm really thankful for the help. And I'm intrigued with how you set your folders up.
Here is a new zip with the case maker folder added.
I don't know how much that will help.

Well, anyways, I edited your pumped gif for when he is idle and when he talks. They run smoothly. Here they are. Just replace these gifs in your case maker.
And there..the animation speed is in control.
Edit: You should put these two gifs. And on character appearance, check the box lip-sync. It will work well, the character will talk. just the talking image will be a little off. yeah, I am lazy enough to calculate the exact spot for editing that sprite.

I originally took the Gumshoe-pumped animation from the animations section on the main part of CR and just pasted each sprite into the corresponding layer's timing. I'll have to do separate edits for avs and for Case Maker then.
I am using 2.1, "2.1.0.0" to be exact.
Now watch as V3 is done just as I finish this! XD

Loved the "HOLD IT!" when it said "Oh and Wrestlemania..." Nice touch.
It's Midnight now (okay, 12:38 AM...), but I'll continue on my Default Sprites. Animations are certainlty a pain... (But I find alternate routes when it comes to forming different looks, so I can probably make them faster. Heh.)
