team goes to this dungeon and then they go to the town, make some conversation points and then some story revoloving charcters and there way of personality. in the end though I'll mainly create the Main story with help of the writters and there ideas, and assign some places to them.
And yes super judge bro you are in charge of maps, ill help as well.

Ah hah... thank you. I try to be polite as I can be. And yes I kinda agree that there seems to be more writers than any other kind of development, I think we have more than enough writers by now....
I wouldn't mind to have a couple of writers help me a bit with my PW RPG game... :/ Then again, can't complain.

RPG Maker 2003 doesn't exactly have a scripting language. Think of it as a website builder..... but still there is a bit of 'coding' within the game. Such as variables, switches (term name) and various other things. In all of my RPG Maker days, I learned everything from hacking Final Fanasty: Endless Nova (which was made with RPG Maker 2000, it's also a really good game too. I recommended it.)

It's not set up correctly for walking around, though. Probably would be best for cutscenes.
For charsets, you'd want to check out this site:

It has a system for mixing and matching parts to make characters. It has a side-view battle and faceset maker too, but you'd probably be better of handmaking those.
