Awesome box art made by Tap
Courtroom Chaos is a Phoenix Wright fangame, featuring five new cases. All of the cases will be connected, but you won't find out how until you reach a certain point in the fifth case. It will include substantially more humor than the canon games, but the story will still be serious at the core.

Awesome avatars made my Midnight Jasper

Characters:
Protagonist: Phoenix Wright
Assistant: Risey Quon
Prosecutors: Godot, Alex Brute, Manfred von Karma
Villains: Do you really think I'd give them away?

Case Maker: Ace Attorney Online

The Development Team: Tombstoner, Mechanic1c

Cases:
Case 1: Turnabout Knobs
At a certain house, a knob that belongs to the stove has gone missing. A member of the family is the defendant, but they believe the culprit to be the cleaning people that went to the house that day. But do you have definitive proof?

Case 2: Turnabout Judges
A woman named Glas Drahs was killed by a glass shard from her glasses penetrating her eye when the glasses were hit by a bullet. The suspect is Risey Quon. There are two witnesses to the crime: Krammus Noodage, a worker at the Café Dude, and Siwent Meric, a worker at the Empire State Building. But that's not all. During the trial, the Judge is killed, and is replaced by a bailiff! Who was the killer of the Judge, and who is the killer of Glas Drahs?

Case 3: Turnabout Knives
Three Interpol agents: Krammus Noodage, Rich Mann, and Rol Nerit, are all killed. They were on the trail of three forgers of various goods. There are six knives, all with the blood of each victim, and no fingerprints. The owner of Café Dude is exhibiting some odd behavior, but no evidence points to him. Instead, the murders seem to all be pinned on Siwent Meric, your defendant. Who actually committed this seemingly perfect crime? Are these murders connected?

Case 4: Turnabout Ambulance
A flashback case. A sound recording, titled "Ambulance," was created by a certain member of the family from Case 1 many years ago, but two brothers are arguing over who did it. One of them presses charges against the other for claiming it was his, and you defend him. There is little evidence on your side, but the same goes for the prosecution. Will you pull it off?

Case 5: Edge of the Cliff
The last case. When a drunk man, Gin Reef, and his friend, Doug, last name unknown, go out in a car on a ride to the Grand Canyon, their car goes off a cliff. It is believed that Reef is responsible for their death, but is he really? The steering wheel bears fingerprints of more people than Gin Reef. However, Gin Reef was much more seriously injured prior to death than the other possible driver. The story all comes together here.

Notes:
Custom sprites will not be used. It may be a disappointment, but we want to actually get this done.
The game will feature a new soundtrack, expected to be 25 songs at the moment (counting Jingles, yes, Jingles), but don't expect the music we come up with to be anything on par with the official music. We've already done a fair amount though.

Progress:
"Music Insertion" means both the actual insertion of the music and the creation on the necessary music.

Well, you sure have a lot of information already, which is great. I like that you make your own music, that adds points too.
I have a doubt, by the way: how can there be original characters but no custom sprites? (Probably I'm just misunderstanding the terms)
Anyway, I might play this once it's out, so keep up the good work! =D

Well, we may give them sprites if people are willing. For now at least we're using sprites of actual characters that don't appear. (The only characters that actually stay are Phoenix and Godot.)

Work will speed up soon! Expect a music-less (it'll use old AA music) demo of case 1 by the end of June! Please check out the trailer if you're interested!

I'm done with finals and all now, so work is going fast. I just cleaned up Case 2's script (currently 820 lines, will probably be about 1500), Case 1 and Case 4 only need music for completion (which is not necessarily necessary for an early release), work has begun on Case 3 (about 200 lines out of around 1500), and the plot of Case 5 is being discussed in more detail.

By the way, anybody interested in joining/beta testing? It could make this project be done faster.
