How will the court scenes work?

I think we can all agree that the court scenes from Phoenix Wright are the staple of the series and are....awesome frankly.

Still different game, different character, different job.

Before you'd always be laying into the witness, usually prepared by the prosecutor to crack them and reveal information.
This time I think the focus is more on investigating but the courtroom is still where it's all gonna go down in the end and it can't possibly be the same but...does this mean you'll have to like prepare the witness then just sit back and let the show slide? Before it was always the defences game so something has to change.

Are there court scenes? I remember hearing that there weren't, but then again, would it really be a Gyakuten game if there weren't? It would be kind of odd, though, given that Edgeworth is a prosecutor, and so is this new Makoto Yuuki guy...

Also, keep in mind the game's title or teaser title was NEW Gyukaten NOT Saiban. Saiban is court, therefore, no court scenes.

Like crouton said, check the FAQs because most of the questions you have will be answered there.
