Or maybe Gumshoe was actually a genius, with wits to match Edgeworth. But his sad-and-tragic past that turned him into a 'bumbling oaf'. XD

I really really hope that Gumshoe gets more backstory and revealings about his parts in this game.
I mean, what do we know about him? He's clumsy, often whining about his wages getting cut and has a crush on Maggey Byrde (who will appear in this game! Yeah! :D)

But his past is a big secret - What I can recall from 2-4 is that he mentions that he constructed the detector in elementary school, so it seems that he is some kind of electronics genius ... And okay, that stuff from 1-5 with Angel Starr, but that's mostly a secret on its own.

So this game really needs to feed us with more information on Gumshoe and his past!

The best thing is that Gumshoe's past isn't already settled or influenced a lot by the previous games. He isn't related to anyone, isn't married, hasn't got any childhood friends we know of and which still appear today etc.
The possibilities are all there, so the potential is huuuuge!

why it could be something completley silly like she got gumshoe to "cough" all the test answer or something like that to her cause comon we can all see angel taking total advantage of are innocent detective it defently has the possiblity to have it be something more serious mabye even a big part of gk too.....lets investigate!!!

1. the band aid- it just feels like there a secret in that bandaid i mean even in every picture the artist always made sure to add that bandaid in usually details like thoughs get lost in some over the other art but i've seen gumshoe with it on in every picture making me wounder how exactly did he get that i mean he's been wearing it for like howmany years? mabey he got it from some sort of accident he was in when he was 16

2. the angel star comment - usually gummy always end his stories it jsut doesnt seem like him to end it on such a cliffhanger unless it was something really big also ema skye is going to be in this game so you never know it just feels like it's a really good posibillity this is going to get brought up again

3.other stuff-not much now the only other things he mentions was one time he had a bad experince climbing over a stone wall and that his dad told him to wave pens in suspects faces or something like that mabey gumshoes dady was a detective possibly evne working with edgey dady mabey mabey

well whatever it end up being i really hope we see some of gumshoes past i mean alot people are afraid he'll change if he has a angsty past but isn't he still the detective we all know and love right now if anything i think it will make him seem more lovable being able to have a deep past and still being so concerned about everyone else oh gummy i can just picture you now with your school uniform and a trench coat that was to big ...holly cow i typed alot i need to get a hobbie or atleast start my homwork XD
