I would like to clarify something. Defense and Prosecutors are both Attorneys, the only difference is that a Prosecuting Attorney presents a case against the defendant and the Defense Attorney presents a case helping the defendant. Anyways, since the badge if called "Attorney's Badge" I am sure that adding it into GK wouldn't be a problem at all.

But in 3-5 it's clear from Gumshoe's reactions that the prosecutor's badge is most likely copletely different.
Furthermore, the series seems to portray a wider, more definite gap between defense attorneys and prosecutors as a whole...

First, really big images should go under spoiler tags as a common courtesy.
