And yes, Franziska could certainly use some first-person loving, even if only for one case. If we can have nice-guy Bratworth, I'm sure Franzy can have a tale of saving an innocent person, thus showing her sensitive side and showcasing her genius at the same time. <3

She beat the crap out of Phoenix- whipped him until he fell over unconscious.
Jokes aside about PMSing women and all though, I did find her to be substantially more restrained for the most part in AAI. I like how they use her use of "fool" as a sort of indicator as to when she's truly irate; it seems her most fool-heavy lines were always when she was particularly angry.

Of course, with the amount of pressure her work must put on her, plus her own self-inflicted pressure to perform perfectly, I suppose a bit of premature grey isn't out of the question.

Hrm... it's kinda hard to say; the lighting on the older sprite looks much more blue than the lighting on the newer ones; it also looks as though there's a lot less shine to her hair in the newer sprites. I suppose you could probably make an argument that her hair color skews more toward blueish under certain lightning conditions and more toward greyish/really pale, platinum blonde in others.
I know mine looks dark brown most of the time, but gets reddish highlights under bright light depending on when I last washed it and whether I bothered to style it; you could probably explain the differences in Franziska's hair color the same way.

I don't think it'd work in favour of her body though. A should-length cut with her current clothing creates a conflict around the neck area, and may draw away from the broadness of her shoulders (that the clothing obviously created). She's supposed to be the rough 'n' tough German girl.
I might just be me, but I often associate Russia with long hair and Germany with short hair.

Weird, I tend to pair "Russian" and "short hair" here... but that may be because one of my RL friends is from Russia and she wears her hair shorter than Franziska's! XD
I imagine if Franziska did decide to let her hair grow out again that she would adjust her outfit accordingly (can't be looking less-than-perfect, right?
) She'd probably look quite good in something with sleeker shoulders, and between her attitude and that whip, I doubt longer hair would harm her reputation any. And I could totally see her being capable on horseback. But I wonder if she's had any professional instruction on using that whip of hers, or if she's self-taught in that regard?

I do love it too. And if I remember correctly it's Janet Hsu who also did the French version for Fran. I prefer it in English, however.

Sometimes I imagine Franziska with a perfectly perfect accentless accent, whereas other times I think of her with a really heavy German accent. I imagine if she did have a German accent they would write it phonetically, though, so I'm guessing it's the first one.
