I think Achilles or Magnus suits him quite well. Although I wasn't too big on Apollo for Odoroki, the fact it's related to mythology and the like seems to fit quite well in Makoto's case. Don't know why.
I can't seem to think of a name for Rou, though.

Joey Spiral for Jouichiou. A reference to his Japanese name which means "the Milky Way" and that is a spiral galaxy.
Scem Spiral for Hikaru (I know it's weird but there's always a wierd name or 2 in a game). Same as his father and also...
Tommi Spain for Himeko. Now this is really a streach because I based it off her Japanese name meaning "Vega" and Spain is where Vega is from in Street fighter but since it's CapCom it might make more sense.
Noah Pinjs for Masumi.
Hans Domelit for Aoi. I tried to make it sound sort of like Ron DeLite because he is MaskeDeMasque 2.
And last but not least. Aurora Cheld for Wankana. Aurora is the name of the princess in sleeping beauty and she sleeps alot and Cheld sounds like Child because she's kind of childish.

Irish names are 'Mac', while Scottish are 'Mc'. Mac is Irish for 'son', so MacCarthy for example would literally translate to 'Son of Carthy'. It's how names were given back way in the day.
But yeah, I like Wolfgang McWyvern. I prefer Drake Griffith myself though.
