I was looking through the Gyakuten Kenji screenshots and decided to look a little closer at this one:

I have a theory about the character in the court record, could it be (DUN DUN DUN!) Kristoph?

"Aha!" you may say "what about his hair?", well, let me illustrate by using Kristoph's younger brother:

For all we know, Kristoph could have have had short hair before AJ.
I think this theory, though not exactly shocking, could be realistic as Kristoph obviously has major ties to events before AJ (will not spoil) therefore it would make perfect sense for him to be in Gyakuten Kenji.
What are your thoughts, guys?

Also, the eyes don't look light enough for Kristophs. I know the pic is blury, but the mystery man's eyes look brown to me.
