Jinku White is the same as Zinc White if I remember correctly. It is used in paints.

There used to be a Capcom employee who lurked around here, but not anymore (as far as I know). He didn't work on localization though. I don't think there's ever been a case of a fan made name appearing in one of the games, so far.
