There was some interest expressed in other threads over what the characters call each other, so I've compiled a list of the ones I remember. Feel free to add and discuss!
Edgeworth-> Franziska = Franziska, once or twice he calls her Prosecutor von Karma
Franziska-> Edgeworth = Miles Edgeworth, once or twice she just calls him Miles
Edgeworth-> Rou = Mr. Rou
Rou-> Edgeworth = Kenji-san (Mr. Prosecutor or just Prosecutor)
Edgeworth-> Kay = Mikumo-kun (it'll probably just be Kay)
Kay-> Edgeworth = Mr. Edgeworth
Gumshoe-> Kay = Mikumo-chan (it'll probably just be Kay or some cute nickname)
Kay-> Gumshoe = Noko-chan (Gummy maybe??)
Rou-> Shiina = Shiina
Shiina-> Rou = Rou
Franziska-> Rou = Investigator Rou
Rou-> Franziska = Ane-san (Sister)
Kay-> Rou = Wolf
Rou's Men-> Rou = Shifu (combination of father/master)
Makoto-> Shinji = Ryou
Ichiru/Wakana-> Edgeworth = Mr. Edgeworth (Mitsurugi-sama)
Franziska-> Gumshoe = Scruffy
Gumshoe-> Franziska = Miss von Karma
Badou-> Edgeworth = Kid, boy, child, etc, and later, Edgeworth.
Edgeworth-> Badou = Detective Badou
Badou-> Kurou = Ichijou

Thanks Croik. But Rou calls Franziska "sister"?! I thought he hates prosecutor! That's weird!
And Kay calls Rou, Wolf??? That's weird too but that's Kay so I think it's less weird thatn Rou calling Fran "sister"!

I was hoping Kay would call Edgeworth by some sort of nickname, the way Maya calls Phoenix 'Nick'.

... Although I wonder how they're going to localise Rou calling Franziska 'ane-san'. Even though she's an official part of Interpol's investigation, I do wonder why he chooses to call her that particularly... Perhaps, as it's been mentioned, it's to make his charcter seem more yakuza-like?

It is interesting that Rou's prosecutor-hate doesn't seem to extend to Franziska, and likewise she's more forgiving towards him than she is most. Maybe it's just because they were working together for Interpol, but she's still much younger than him, and it's not like she outranks him either. At first I thought he was being sarcastic (can you use "Ane-san" sarcastically?) but it doesn't change throughout the game and they seem to at least understand each other.
In any case, it'll be hard on localization. I figure they'll end up just going with "Sister."
