Yeah, I saw this on GameFAQs as well.

It'd be hilarious and full of win, but no motion sensors in the DS so alas, it won't happen.

I can't imagine the scribble function working because of the touch screen functions of the Ace Attorney Games, but I'm not familiar with the GK screens. It'd be hilarious, though...oh well |:
